Vince Gethings
Vince is the principal of Tri-City Equity Group and Blacksand Property Management in Dallas-Fort Worth, and co-author of the Amazon best-seller Wheelbarrow Profits. He closed his first multifamily deal in 2015 and has taken eight deals full cycle. Blacksand manages around 770 units across DFW. He is also an Air Force veteran.

Is it really free?
Yes. We ask you to register so we know numbers and can plan the walking groups.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. They need to register separately so there's a place for them.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and shoes you can walk in. Part of the evening is outdoors.
Where do I park?
Parking and check-in details are sent by text and email on the day.
What if it rains?
We'll shorten the walk and hold the rest of the evening indoors on site.
